Grab Opening and Closing System
The Servoday Radio Remote Control Grab closes on the bulk mechanically, using the pulling power of the Crane and uses the integrated long life Battery Power to operate the solenoid valves with long distance Radio Remote Control to discharge the bulk materials.
The specially designed Lips of the closing Bucket allows ZERO leakage after closing operation.
Barge to Ship & Vice Versa
The Servoday Radio Remote Control Grabs are designed with larger diameter of Rope Pulley to increase Wire Rope holding surface area, effectively reduce the possibility of breaking threads and strands of the Wire Rope.
The working height of Radio Remote Control Grabs is lower than other manufacturer, to increase the cargo handling efficiency, while transferring bulk Cargo from the Barges into the transport Ship and vice versa.

The Radio Remote Control Grabs runs without any additional Electric supply of any Hydraulic Pumps or Motors.
It operates with a Central Hydraulic Cylinder with own gravity circulation of hydraulic oil to perform open and close operations.
Holding Capacity Execution
The Servoday Radio Remote Control Grabs are designed and fitted with kick plates to reduce capacity in case of heavier cargoes or cranes with less lifting capacity.
The kick plates are bolted to the bucket body and can be unbolted as per the requirements.
The removing of spill plates is designed to adjust the grab capacity to suit cargoes with varying densities as per your requirements.
Open & Close Digital Counter
The Servoday Radio Remote Control Grabs fitted with Digital Counter to keep records of opening and closing numbers, to check the total operating life of Grabs.
